Tim Cleveland

Tim Cleveland represents clients in business disputes.  Recognized by his peers as one of the top lawyers in Texas under the age of 40 in business litigation, Tim has won numerous jury verdicts in complex commercial cases over the course of his career.

Tim represents individuals, emerging companies, corporations, and professional service firms in a wide variety of business disputes that involve technology, media rights, intellectual property, contracts, employment, fiduciary relationships, professional liability, and other complex commercial matters.  While Austin is his home, Tim has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, and regularly joint ventures cases with large law firms nationwide.

Tim views his work as a calling and considers it a privilege to practice law.   He is at home in the courtroom as an advocate, but is also a trusted counselor on sensitive business matters behind the scenes.

Tim is an honors graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. Prior to co-founding Cleveland Terrazas PLLC with Kevin Terrazas in 2016, he practiced with Beck Redden in Houston and Austin, and was a partner at Weisbart Springer Hayes LLP.
