Gerard F. Bifulco
Gerard F. Bifulco has represented individuals and corporate entities in a variety of complex commercial cases in arbitrations, state courts, and federal courts. He has practiced before trial and appellate courts in a wide variety of subject areas, including in matters involving torts, contracts, employment, constitutional law, and administrative law. Gerard has filed complaints, handled all stages of briefing (including dispositive motions) at both the trial and appellate levels, managed discovery and expert witnesses, and argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Gerard graduated fourth in his class from Emory University School of Law, where he was the Executive Symposium Editor of the Emory Law Journal. While at Emory, he externed for the Honorable Amy M. Totenberg, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Gerard clerked for the Honorable Orinda D. Evans, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Honorable Catharina Haynes, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
