Anne Swift

Anne Swift joined Cleveland Terrazas PLLC after clerking for the Honorable James E. Graves at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She previously served as Special Counsel at the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, worked as a litigation associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in Washington, D.C., and clerked for the Honorable Robert Pitman at the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. 


After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Lewis & Clark College, Anne worked as a crisis management consultant at Public Strategies and Hill+Knowlton Strategies. She then earned a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs and graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law. In law school, Anne worked as a student attorney with the Supreme Court Clinic and served on the editorial board of the Texas Law Review.  Anne is admitted to practice in both Texas and the District of Columbia state courts as well as in the Western District of Texas.
