Abbey C. Gray

Abbey Chiodo Gray joined Cleveland Terrazas PLLC in 2019 as Senior Counsel.  Ms. Gray focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation.  Following a clerkship with the Honorable Sim Lake in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Ms. Gray worked in the Dallas and Austin offices of Baker Botts, LLP. 


Prior to attending law school, Ms. Gray worked as a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, doing monetary policy research and writing for various Federal Reserve Publications.


Ms. Gray is an honors graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor of the Texas Law Review.  Ms. Gray earned her undergraduate degrees in mathematics and economics from Texas State University.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Gray is an adjunct professor of Media Law & Ethics in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Texas State University, focusing primarily on First Amendment issues.
